I bought my son a new hat when we were on vacation last week, and I couldn’t resist taking him out for an afternoon of running around a rainy day at Rocky Point. He was so cute I couldn’t resist taking a few photos.

It’s that time of year again, the tree’s are turning colour, the air is crisp, and the pumpkin patches are full of beautiful orange pumpkins and kids running through them trying to find the perfect pumpkin to carve for Halloween. This is a fun and magical time for your kids so it’s also a great opportunity for a Pumpkin Patch Photo Shoot Marathon!

When I was growing up birthdays were a lot simpler. There was a birthday cake, balloons, presents, pizza, pop, a movie and maybe a sleep over. Now it’s limo’s to the movies, lavish venues and of course personal Paparazzi. This Paparazzi Party was really fun to shoot, the birthday girl Alyssa was turning 13, the party looked a little something like this. Red carpet leading into the house, red carpet and birthday backdrop, pizza, pop, birthday cake, presents and portraits for all of the attendees. Then a stretch limo took them away for the premier of one of the Twilight movies.
One of my favorite work days is a full day of children photo shoots. I on occasion do a photo marathon where everyone gets a 30 minute photo shoot – which is really just enough time to get a few great photos of your kids before they start getting cranky, start playing in dirt, getting hungry or tired, or in some cases taking their clothes off and running around with a diaper only – and yes that’s happened on more than one occasion.
